Darren joined UniteRx in March of 2020, bringing nearly 20 years’ pharmacy experience working for national chain drugstores, Walgreens & CVS, as well as independent and hospital pharmacies. In addition to being an adept senior pharmacy technician with advanced credentials with the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB), Darren led pharmacy analytics for a multi-location community pharmacy with the objective of optimizing pharmacy operations, inventory management, revenue cycles, and patient satisfaction and loyalty. He also has extensive project management and implementation experience, as well as being an accomplished student researcher in cancer drugs, microbiology for health and disease, clinical trials, and more. In 2021, he successfully managed the hardware and software conversion as well as data migration of all UniteRx sites.
Darren completed a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Valdosta State University in Georgia and is a member of Project Management Institute, American Academy of Dermatology Association as well as the Georgia Society of Health-System Pharmacists, American Pharmacists Association, National Pharmacy Technician Association, and American Chemical Society. Kristin joined UniteRx in January of 2022 and brings 15 years of experience in the field of pharmacy to our company. During her work in both retail and pharmacy benefit manager settings (Windsor Health Group and Cigna-Healthspring), Kristin gained extensive knowledge in Medicare Part D/Medicaid content. She became a subject matter expert in Part D coverage determinations, quality review, coverage determination compliance/IRE case compiling, and Medication Therapy Management. This knowledge and experience has prepared Kristin for training new staff for roles in the physician dispensing setting.
